Governance Attendance
The Trusts’ annual work plan sets out the meeting agenda for each academic year. The meetings take place in order that the Trust and its schools can be reviewed and any necessary approvals made. The structure of the meetings are as follows:
- Member meetings – once per year (additional if required)
- Full Trust Board – four times per year
- Resource Committee - four times per year
- Risk and Audit Committee - four times per year
- Standards and Inclusion Committee - four times per year
- Local Governing Boards - four times per year
